Our product is a digital PDF ebook. No physical book will be shipped.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, customers receive access to the ebook through the digital download system and their order confirmation email.

 

Cancellation of digital downloads

Customers purchasing this digital ebook have the applicable statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase by contacting us through the store's contact page.

If you cancel within the applicable cancellation period, we will process any refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The fact that the ebook has been downloaded does not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Faulty or inaccessible downloads

If your download link does not work, the PDF is damaged, or the product does not match its description, please contact us through our store's contact page.

We will investigate the problem and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
